GEAF Global Summit
Innovation for Sustainable Development
According to UNCTAD, the market for green and frontier technologies could exceed US$9.5 trillion by 2030, highlighting the role of innovation in decarbonizing systems and advancing circular, resource-efficient economies.
The GEAF Global Summit for Change convened experts, practitioners and participants in Geneva to explore how innovation, collaboration and technology can accelerate climate action and sustainable development. Held on 27 November 2025, shortly after COP30, the summit provided a timely platform to discuss green and frontier technologies, technology transfer, climate finance, policy frameworks and capacity gaps. Speakers highlighted both the opportunities and challenges of scaling context-appropriate solutions, from renewable energy and sustainable food systems to just transition pathways. By fostering knowledge exchange and cross-sector dialogue, the summit reinforced GEAF’s role as a convenor of collaborative action for a resilient, low-carbon future.
