Eco-Futures
Exploring Sustainability Through Art, Creativity and Environmental Reflection
In a world facing unprecedented environmental challenges, art offers a unique lens through which to engage, question, and inspire. This exhibition brought together artists whose work embraces sustainability, not just as a theme, but as a practice.
Eco Futures successfully brought together artists, visitors, volunteers, and environmental advocates in Geneva to explore how art can advance ecological awareness and sustainable development. Held on 29–30 August 2025 at L’IceBergues, the exhibition featured artists working across sculpture, photography, painting, mosaic, and interior decoration.
Through recycled and durable materials, reflective artworks, and accessible public engagement, the exhibition invited audiences to reconsider their relationship with consumption, waste, and nature. By combining creativity with environmental advocacy, Eco Futures highlighted the role of artistic expression in inspiring dialogue, strengthening community engagement, and supporting GEAF’s commitment to environmental protection, diversity, and collective action.
