ACT III: Save Every Drop Challenge — The Shift Starts With You
The final act of ACT for Water: where awareness becomes everyday practice, and the ideas that save water come from the communities living them.
ACT for Water began with advocacy, exploring the reality of water bankruptcy and moved into collaboration through action on the ground. ACT III is the transition: the shift from a single moment of action to a lasting change in how we use, value and protect every drop.
And this time, we're not prescribing the answers. We're asking for yours.
Your practice. Your platform.
Throughout August, the #SaveEveryDropChallenge welcomed entries from everyone, with shortlisted submissions featured across GEAF’s official channels. Together, these stories brought traditional knowledge and community-led practices from different regions into one shared picture of hope, resilience, and collective action.
The intent was simple and powerful:
Save Every Drop. Share Every Way.
From time-tested traditions to locally adapted solutions, these community practices remind us that meaningful change can begin with a single step, and grow when we share what works.
