The GEAF Ambassador Cohort ’26, has successfully concluded the milestone 4.29 Green Earth Action Day, bringing together a global network of emerging climate leaders advancing environmental stewardship and sustainable development across regions. Throughout the day, 23 GEAF Ambassadors joined live from 21 project locations worldwide, alongside their communities and volunteers, representing a wide spectrum of cultures, languages, and lived realities. In that diversity, a powerful unity emerged, a shared commitment to environmental protection, diversity, and peace.

Impact

The 2026 edition of the 4.29 Green Earth Action Day achieved substantial reach and engagement. Supported by a network of more than 300 active volunteers, 23 GEAF Ambassadors carried out activities across 20 countries, mobilizing over 1,500 participants worldwide.

Across all activities, GEAF Ambassadors were able to initate 59 collaborations with Non Governmental Organizations, Public Authorities, Academia and Private Partners that supported their local project and supported their actions.
