Meet Baptistelle Paldino, our Head of Projects at the Green Earth Action Foundation. Baptistelle brings extensive project management experience, with a focus on strategic planning, training development, and fostering international collaboration. She excels in creating impactful capacity-building programmes, strengthening partnerships across public and private sectors, and ensuring initiatives align seamlessly with organizational objectives.

Previously, Baptistelle contributed to the Division for Multilateral Diplomacy at the United Nations in Geneva. Within the UN, she led high-profile programmes dedicated to diplomacy and the UN’s 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, underscoring her commitment to sustainability, climate action, and inclusive project leadership.

Baptistelle holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and a Master’s in Public Management from the University of Geneva and Bocconi University in Milan. Her academic and professional journey reflects a deep dedication to international affairs, public administration, and advancing impactful environmental initiatives through strategic project management.
